Jenna was first introduced to contemporary dance at the age of 15, which lead her to study dance at GSCE and A-Level. During this time she performed in many school productions and began to realise she had an underlying passion for dance. Since then she has achieved a Dance BA Honours at The University of Chichester.
Whilst studying at Chichester Jenna has choreographed and directed six contemporary works. She has also performed for the university’s ‘Chichester Collective Company’ working alongside Carrie Whitaker and Abi Mortimer, and also with choreographer Virginia Farman as part of a performance with Red Earth. She also toured with ‘3Fall Dance Company 2011-2012’ in their spring tour.
Jenna feels privileged to be working with Bicycle Ballet for their Mass Performance this summer. She aims to direct an exciting and fun project that Hastings community will thoroughly enjoy.
